Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (BHN) helps individuals, families, and communities improve the quality of lives for those with behavioral health and developmental challenges.

BHN is a growing, nonprofit human service agency that has been providing services to children and families in western Massachusetts since 1938.

Couple Reviewing PapersPrograms include traditional, clinical, and outreach therapeutic services, two designated emergency service teams serving Springfield, Holyoke, and Chicopee, consultation and education services, therapeutic and psycho-educational groups, and parent training and support services.

BHN operates community-based residential programs in addition to in-home community support programs. BHN serves children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and their families. In response to the changing health care environment, BHN will continue to demonstrate progressive organizational growth in the future.

BHN provides information and referral for psychiatric-related problems. Mental health professionals, managed care managers, EAPs, or individuals in need of service may call BHN's staff 24 hours a day. Callers will speak with mental health professionals around the clock. Psychiatric consultations are also available. In a severe mental health crisis, assessments can be scheduled immediately. We want to help the person in need of psychiatric intervention find the most effective treatment.
